These Community Guidelines (version 1) apply to everything you share on Flamezy: videos and their captions, comments, profile information and messages. They explain the Terms of Use — Section 3 (Rules of Conduct and Restrictions) and Section 4 (Content and Rights) — in plain words. If these Guidelines and the Terms of Use differ, the Terms of Use apply. You accept these Guidelines before you first post a video, comment or send a message.
How content is checked
Every video is checked before it appears in the feed. The check is made automatically, and a moderator reviews videos the system is not sure about. While a video is being checked, only you can see it, with the status “In review”. A video that breaks these Guidelines is not published and is marked “Not published”. Comments, profiles and messages are not checked in advance: they are reviewed when someone reports them.
What is not allowed
You must not post, comment, send or link to content that:
- Sexualises minors. Any sexual or sexualised content involving a minor or a person who may be a minor, grooming, sextortion. We remove it, close the account and may report it to the competent authorities. See the Child Protection Policy.
- Puts minors at risk. A minor in a dangerous, exploitative or degrading situation.
- Is sexual. Nudity, sexual acts, sexually explicit or pornographic content.
- Is violent or graphic. Graphic violence, gore, serious injury, killing, torture, cruelty to animals.
- Promotes self-harm. Showing, promoting or instructing suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.
- Is hateful. Attacks on people for race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation or disability; hate symbols and slurs.
- Harasses people. Bullying, threats or humiliation of a real person.
- Supports terrorism or extremism. Terrorist or violent extremist content and propaganda; calls to organise or join unauthorised mass gatherings, protests or street actions. Expressing a political opinion is allowed.
- Encourages dangerous acts. Dangerous challenges or stunts likely to cause injury if repeated.
- Sells or promotes regulated or illegal goods. Weapons or explosives, illegal drugs and drug use, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, prescription drugs.
- Is a scam. Scams, phishing, fake giveaways, investment schemes, fake support, offers to buy or sell accounts, FLAME or EZY.
- Is spam. Mass advertising, repeated posts, links or contacts that move people off the app.
- Exposes personal data. Someone’s private personal information without their consent.
- Is otherwise illegal or infringes someone else’s rights, including copyright.
- Tries to trick moderation. Any text, speech or image addressed to the moderator, a reviewer or an automated system to get content approved.
Fair play with rewards
Rewards are for real people watching and creating. Do not use bots, scripts, emulators, several accounts or devices, “earning” services, or any other way to get rewards without real participation. Do not buy, sell or transfer accounts. Details are in the Terms of Use, Section 3 and Schedule 4.
Reporting
Use Report on a video, comment or profile, or Complain on a chat message, in the app, or write to support@flamezy.io. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
What happens when the rules are broken
Depending on how serious the violation is, we may refuse to publish or remove the content, limit features such as comments or messages, hold or cancel rewards obtained through a violation, or suspend or close the account. Content that sexualises minors leads to closing the account at once.
If you believe a decision is wrong, write to support@flamezy.io with your account email and what you would like us to review. A person reviews the appeal.
Changes
When the Guidelines change, we publish a new version at a new address (for example, flamezy.io/guidelines/v2) and ask you to accept it in the app. Earlier versions stay available at their addresses.
